Visa Regulations

You are aged between 18 and 30;
Be able to afford travel expenses
Not married or have children
Basic knowledge of Italian
Health/travel insurance is recommended for au pair
Visa may be required for non-EU au pairs or extra conditions like sufficient funds to cover your stay
No contract is compulsory for Italy, however We Hive recommends to use the official EU contract template to formalize daily tasks

There are one or more children between 3 and under 18 living in your home
The au pair must have her own room
Family should speak Italian
Daily working hours should not exceed 30 hours per week
Au pair is entitled to receive between €250 & 300 Euros per month
Au Pair should be given enough free time to attend language course
Allow for some extra spending like mobile phone, insurance, language course
